Walk through a Carbotura facility.
A guided tour of a generic Advanced Circular Manufacturing (ACM) site: the community it serves, the four-module campus, and the three protocols inside a module. Drag to look around, zoom in, or let the tour play.
What makes it a factory, not a disposal site.
Nine properties of every Carbotura facility, the same at every site and every scale.
No combustion, no stack
The Recyclotron™ performs primary elemental dissociation by Microwave Catalytic Reforming (MCR). Nothing is burned, and there is no stack and no discharge permit to hold.
Elemental, not molecular
No input molecule survives the process. Circular Materials are synthesized from elemental constituents, so legacy contamination has no pathway through.
Near-zero residual, near-zero emissions
About 100% of input becomes manufactured output, across the full facility boundary rather than at steady state alone.
Manufactured, not constructed
Each ACM module is a factory-made product built to a multiphysics production specification, then deployed and integrated on site by an Authorized Systems Integrator (ASI). Capacity grows by replicating confirmed units.
Island-Mode power
Process hydrogen runs PEM fuel cells on site. The facility powers itself, and Carbotura does not sell power, electricity or hydrogen.
Net water-positive
The process releases more ultrapure water than it takes in. Water is the one internal stream that leaves as a product.
PFAS fully broken down
Downstream processing runs at 1,800–3,000 °C in both the vapor and solids streams, past the thresholds at which C–F bonds come apart.
Feedstock transfers, it is not bought
Material transfers to Carbotura under the Circular Supply Agreement (CSA). Ownership and liability pass at collection or delivery, and both parties commit for the term.
Manufacturing classification
Carbotura is pursuing manufacturing classification under NAICS 31–33. Nothing in the engagement is contingent on it.
The figures behind the site.
Capacity, timeline, materials and the commercial terms, as Carbotura states them. Dollar figures are illustrative ranges, not contractual commitments.

Circular Royalty™ per ton, Year 1 to Year 30
Illustrative only. The band runs from a $100 to a $150 Year-1 Beneficiation Fee: the royalty is 120% of that year’s fee in Year 1 and the multiplier rises one point each year while the fee escalates 2.5% a year, so the per-ton royalty reaches about $305 to $457 by Year 30. The fee and the royalty are two separate transactions and are never netted.
