Jonas Wästberg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in general management, interim leadership, and international business development. With a strong background in driving growth, executing turnaround strategies, and leading multinational teams, Jonas has successfully transformed and expanded companies across various industries.

Currently, Jonas serves as CEO of Rapid Granulator Group, the world leader in granulation, overseeing operations in Sweden and North America, along with a vast global sales and distribution network. Under his leadership, Rapid Granulator has maintained its industry dominance, optimizing production and expanding market reach.

Previously, Jonas held an interim CEO position at ROL Ergo AB, where he led the company through a period of substantial growth. He was also Country Manager for Berendsen Textil Service AB, managing workwear rental businesses in Sweden and Finland. During his tenure, he accelerated growth, doubled profitability, and successfully executed strategic acquisitions.

Jonas has also served in executive roles at Sono Group, where he reorganized multiple subsidiary brands into a single cohesive entity, and MultiQ International AB, a digital signage leader listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. At MultiQ, he executed a financial turnaround, resulting in a 550% increase in stock value during his tenure.

With deep expertise in change management, strategy execution, and cross-border business expansion, Jonas has a proven track record of leading organizations through complex transformations. His leadership extends across sectors including manufacturing, service industries, and technology. Jonas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lund University and has completed management studies at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
