John P. Arciero

John. Arciero is the founder and owner of Arciero Associates, LLC, a strategic management advisory firm that serves the business and industrial sectors, specializing in information technology, real estate, and business development. His past clients include prominent companies such as Bank of America and LendingTree.
Currently, Mr. Arciero participates in several high-profile projects, including iPACES LLC, a medical startup that he successfully funded with multi-million-dollar grants exceeding $7 million from the National Institutes of Health.
He also co-founded and serves as the interim Chief Operating Officer for Carbotura, a division of Gravitas Infinitum, LLC (GI), which specializes in nano-materials manufacturing. Mr. Arciero and the GI team have secured over $10 billion in funding to design and construct manufacturing facilities globally, with the first locations in Florida and Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Arciero began his career in real estate with Killearn Properties, a developer based in Tallahassee, Florida. From 1987 to 1991, he played a significant role in two of the largest real estate development projects in north-central Florida: Killearn Estates and Killearn Plantation. These projects encompassed four thousand acres each and included residential single-family homes, multi-family units, and various commercial real estate products. As a licensed real estate broker and developer, Mr. Arciero participated in all aspects of marketing, sales, leasing, and operations of residential and commercial projects. He has developed diverse properties including single-family acreage, zero-lot-line, lakefront, and golf course home sites. Over his career, Mr. Arciero estimates he has been involved in the development, retrofit, sale, or management of over $250 million worth of property across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. He has experience in both commercial and residential mixed-use development projects from inception to completion and has managed a variety of contract professionals including architects, estimators, designers, engineers, and sales staff.
Other notable career achievements include founding Global Research Network Inc., one of the largest corporate security and research firms in north-central Florida, which employed over 250 employees. Within its first two years, the company captured over 85% of the market share, generating over $2 million in annual revenues. As the founder and CEO, Mr. Arciero designed comprehensive security solutions for commercial and industrial clients and successfully coordinated the sale of the company to a larger competitor in 1996.
Following the sale of his first company, Mr. Arciero gained valuable C-level experience in the communications, technology, and manufacturing support sectors. He served as a Data Specialist for Sprint spinoff 360 Communications, Chief Operations Officer for Symbol Computer, Inc., and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Setech Inc., an integrated supply management firm for large-scale manufacturers. In 2003, he established Arciero Associates, his management consultancy.
Mr. Arciero holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Industrial Psychology from Rollins College and a master’s in education from the University of South Alabama. He completed an intensive executive training program in "Strategic Negotiations and Public Relations" sponsored by Harvard University in 2001 and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
